Early Access to Call IQ, Team Chat and the Service Portal

The Early Adopter Program lets existing myCloudPBX customers use new features before they're finished, in return for telling us what you think. It's free, you can leave at any time, and your current setup keeps working as it does today.

How the Program Works

We'd rather build new features with our customers than guess what they need. In the Early Adopter Program you get the newest parts of myCloudPBX first, and your feedback shapes how they turn out.

It's free, you can leave at any time, and nothing about your current setup changes unless you choose it. Your numbers, call flows and desk phones carry on exactly as they are. Here's what's in the program now.

Call IQ: Catch Up on a Long Call in Seconds

Call IQ turns your recorded calls into something you can read. Each call gets a transcript, a short summary of what was said and agreed, and a read on how the call went, from very negative to very positive. If the tone changed partway through, for better or worse, Call IQ marks it, so a call that started badly and ended with a happy customer looks different from one that went downhill.

One screen lists every call with its outcome and who answered. Call IQ also picks out recent calls worth a second look, such as a tense conversation or an unusually long call, so you can see which customers need a follow up without listening back to everything.

It's useful well beyond complaints. Use it to check what was promised on a call before you ring back, to brief someone taking over a job, or to spot the questions customers keep asking.

Call IQ works on recorded calls, and you switch recording on for each phone system in the Cadiz3 portal.

Team Chat

Team chat is messaging for your staff, inside the same app as your business texts and voicemail, so there's no separate chat tool to keep track of.

Send direct messages, start a group, or set up channels for each team or project. Share files, reply in threads so side conversations don't take over, react to a message instead of typing, and set a reminder on a message you need to come back to. You can also schedule a message for later, share your screen, or sketch on a shared whiteboard.

The myCloudPBX Service Portal

The Service Portal is a new home for your phone system's reports. It has a live dashboard, and its reports are easier to read than the current ones. It also shows who's online, one row per person, so you can see at a glance which of your team are signed in and on which phones and apps.

You can open it straight from myCloudPBX Connect, and Call IQ lives here too.

How to Join

When you open your phone system in the Cadiz3 portal, you'll see a banner offering the program. Joining takes a few minutes, and nothing switches on unless you choose it.

Tell us what works and what doesn't. Reply to any of our emails or open a support ticket in the Cadiz3 portal.
